The user name and password should not have any blank spaces in it and consist of alphanumeric characters only. This means that you can only use letters inside a,b,c...z and numbers 0,1,2...9. Also, use only letters from the English alphabet.

Your email address should be of the form yourUsername@yourISP.com , failure to comply with this will prevent you from signing up. Moreover, your email address must be valid. After you complete the sign up process you will be sent an email to your address that will contain instructions to activate your account. If the email does not reach you because you provided an incorrect email address or any other reason, you will not be able to activate your account.
